SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to make gifting easy, reliable, and stress-free. Below you’ll find all the information you need about how we process and deliver your hampers.
 

Order Processing:

All orders are prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your hamper to be packed and dispatched. During peak periods (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work hard to get your gifts delivered as quickly as possible.
 

Local Delivery – Southern Highlands, NSW:

We proudly offer local delivery throughout the Southern Highlands for a flat fee of $12. This includes major towns and villages within the region. Local deliveries are handled directly by us to ensure your hamper arrives beautifully presented and in perfect condition. 

If you are after a bulk order of bespoke hampers, and wanting delivery to a particular address, please contact Tobie directly on 0431 224 331 for a personalised quote.


Deliveries Within NSW & Interstate:

For all deliveries outside the Southern Highlands, including NSW-wide and interstate orders, we offer delivery at a cost of $20 per hamper.

Shipping Timeframes:
Delivery times depend on the destination and courier availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can follow your hamper’s journey.
 

Service Interruptions:

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control—such as extreme weather, courier network disruptions, or peak holiday periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
